Dr Paras is the founder of Matrrix and TavaMitram. Dr Paras comes from very humble beginnings.  We all have a life story. A personal account of all the important events and experiences that have contributed to my becoming who he is today.

Throughout life, we accumulate an endless number of experiences, the majority of which we later have no memory or recollection.  Our brains cannot possibly store a detailed account of every waking minute of every day we are alive.  Thus, it must filter and prioritize in order to decide which experiences to preserve and which to discard.  For this reason, my personal life story – my “self-narrative” – consists of events to which Dr Paras ascribe a particular meaning.

Q: Can you let us know about childhood days?

“ Sangharsh was my first name and my name meant STRUGGLE! And true to my name, I did! Every step I took, every moment I lived, every breath I took, I had to struggle! Not only to survive but also to prove myself! To accomplish my dreams because I always dreamed big! “

“ My teachers considered me an achiever because I did well in school. When I moved to college I continued to grow intellectually! But what kept me grounded from a very tender age, were the questions that arose in my mind!

Who am I? Why am I here? What is the purpose of my life? I am not a very religious person! You can call me spiritual! I believe in the supreme power of karma!

I realized that I would never succeed unless I take my life in my hands! Understood success can never be determined by my present situation. Realized that it is easier to achieve success when you’re uncomfortable than when you’re comfortable. I started to step out of my comfort zone!

Knowing that we are separate from our perceptions, emotions and thoughts. I believe, if we don’t face disappointments and challenges, it means we’re not growing. It means we’re not taking any steps outside our comfort zones. Disappointment and failure equal future opportunities. Without trouble and disappointment, a human being will never figure out how to move on to the next stage of their life. It’s a must in our lives.

Nothing we experience in this world is the way it seems! it’s a perception! If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. When a problem comes up, if you look at it as a problem then there will be problems.

There is nothing in this world we can’t do if we had enough time to research and pool resources. That outlook is what inspires me to take on new challenges and constantly innovate myself.

Experiencing failure, I learnt that once you have nowhere to go and no other solution, you have to get rid of blame or circumstance and believe in your abilities to figure things out. At that point, you’ll find the amazing power that resides inside us.

Q: How and when did you start working?

At 16, I took up my first employment. My belief system was strong! I believed every day was a good day and if one didn’t find the door called opportunity, BUILD IT! I started using education as the ladder. My inherent inclination towards people and their behaviour urged me to pursue a career in Psychotherapy and Counselling, post which I also underwent rigorous knowledge transfer in Business Administration and Human Resources, Philosophy and Doctorate in Organizational Behavior. Within the scope of my subject matter expertise falls Business Communication, Counselling, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, and GDPI.

Q: From where do you get the strength and energy to work tirelessly?

My family remained my source of energy and motivation towards success. No one in my family is rich by any means, but everyone has done their very best to provide for me and to give me as many opportunities as possible. My family has a special corner for vocal sciences.

Today, this present day, after almost 14 years of overcoming obstacles and turning everything that came my way an opportunity to work on, and remaining as the thought leader for corporates, SME’s, educational institutions and many individual clients, I stand tall, ranking 7th position as the Master Certified Coach from ICF (International Coach Federation) in India, by bagging this certification at the young age of only 33.

My clients tell me, that my unconventional methods of Coaching and Mentoring have helps facilitate various projects. I have my focus set on bringing a wave of change within my clients, help them transform their lives through conversation and coaching.

Q: Are you a philanthropic person?

As the Founding Member of Tava-Mitram, a Non-Profit Organization; an initiative to provide quality coaching to those who have the necessity, I remain actively involved in training and certifying more coaches across the country, and churning out world-class talent. My recent achievements:
